You may experience higher or lower speeds than these national averages.

We can't (and no ISP can) guarantee what connection speed your connection will run at because the speed of any connection is affected by many factors including (but not limited to) the
- Age of the device you are using and its capabilities
- Operating system your device is using
- Web browser you are using on the device
- Location of the server/s you are connecting to
- Number of devices connected on your local network (wired and/or WiFi connected devices)
- Particular tasks other devices connected on your local network are performing
- Performance of the modem/router being used to connect you
Additional considerations for Wireless Broadband Connections:
- The Distance you are away from the transmitter
- The Number of users connecting to the transmitter
- The Network Capability at the transmitter
