We can't (and no ISP can) guarantee what connection speed your connection will run at because the speed of any connection is affected by many factors including (but not limited to) the

• Age of the device you are using and its capabilities
• Operating system your device is using
• Web browser you are using on the device
• Location of the server/s you are connecting to
• Number of devices connected on your local network (wired and/or WiFi connected devices)
• Particular tasks other devices connected on your local network are performing
• Performance of the modem/router being used to connect you

Additional considerations for Wireless Broadband Connections:

• The Distance you are away from the transmitter
• The Number of users connecting to the transmitter 
• The Network Capability at the transmitter
