Average speeds are measured during peak hours by MBNZ (Measuring Broadband New Zealand) and is independent of any provider.

We can't (and no ISP can) guarantee what connection speed your connection will run at because all connections are affected by many factors including (but not limited to);

Fibre connections:

• Age of the modem
• Location of the exchange and server you are connecting to 
• Your home WiFi setup
• Age of devices

Wireless Connections:

• Distance you are away from the transmitter
• Number of users connecting to the transmitter 
• Network Capability
