Do I need to have Netspeed Broadband?

No, you don’t need to have a Netspeed Broadband connection to signup for our mobile plans. New customers can create an account, and existing customers can add a mobile phone plan to their existing account.

 

What is the coverage like?

We can provide coverage in 98.5% of the places you work, live and play. Check our mobile coverage map for signal at your location.

 

How do I check my usage?

You can log in to the members area here Netspeed Members Area once logged in you can track the usage for each mobile on your account.

 

Do Netspeed do prepay?

No, all our mobile plans are on a monthly account. Base plan charges are due at the beginning of the month, usage charges are billed in at the end of each month.

 

What does 'Endless Data' mean?

Your plan has a data allowance for maximum speed data.  Once you reach that, you still have data, but the speed is reduced to 1.2mbps.
If you want more max speed data, you can buy a data pack or consider upgrading to a larger plan.
