How do I change my fibre broadband speed?

Want to change your fibre plan? You get one free plan change every 12 months. 

Residential - You get one free plan change every 12 months. 

Business - Charges apply 

Check out our plan options here

 

  1. Sign into My Netspeed
  2. From the overview page select Contact Us.
  3. Select the Plan Change button then select the connection you want to change from the drop down box.
  4. Fill in the box with the plan option you would like to change to, then click Submit.
  5. This change can take up to 24 hours to take affect, we will email you once its complete.
  6. You may need to reboot your modem and ONT box.
